Office Policies

If it is determined at your child's initial visit that treatment is required, a treatment plan will be presented to you. Please be aware that occasionally treatment plans may change unexpectedly at the time of treatment. You (the responsible party) will be responsible for the difference in fee, if there is one.

We allow parent presence during examination, cleaning, and restorative appointments. During sedation appointments we request that your child comes back to the treatment area alone. This enables us to provide full attention to them and to work with them without distraction

We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Any appointment with less than 48 hour notice is considered a broken/missed appointment. Two or more broken/missed appointments may result in dismissal.

We have a 10 minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. Please keep in mind that the office manager reserves the right to reschedule any appointments for late arrivals.
